R.A.F.T. Method Some of the hardships I have overcome using this method include grieving the sudden death of my fiancé, a lung cancer misdiagnosis, and detaching with love from an adult child. This method has helped me to let go of the negative feelings that controlled me for most of my adult life and shown me that I am in control of my choices, my contentment, and my future.
